Clock not working on my new DF820 Digital Picture Frame

Does anyone know how to make the clock work.  I set the time but it never changes.  It stays on the same time and date that I initially set.

Well I got a new DF820 from HP.  They actually handled it very well.  Sent me a return shipping label and sent the new one next day.  However, the new one is still doing the same thing.  When you set the clock, it works for a little while but then it loses time.  This is a real problem because I have this set to automatically turn off at 10PM and back on at 8AM.  This is in my bedroom so I have to manually turn it off and back on each day or else this will be running all night long keeping me awake because it lights up the whole room.  I am not sure what I am going to do now.  My only option may be to return it for my money back and buy a different brand..

This is obviously a problem with this model as I am having the same problem now.  Worked fine for a month, which is long by HP standards.  HP has to be the WORST company on the face of the earth.  EVERYTHING they make is garbage.  Can't WAIT to call their dotheads in the morning.  This company needs to be put to death

I have two of the picture frames and both are displaying the same issue.  I would hope you could download a new ROM or something to fix this.  I'm really not looking forward to calling support on this one.  I have a feeling I willbe returning both of them and having to buy another brand.

I am having the same problem: the clock worked fine for 4 months and then stopped, causing my frame to "mysteriously" turn off at seeming random times.  Any resolution on this?

There is still no fix from HP regarding this.  I checked their website today and did not find any updates.  I have alreaqdy returned 2 of these picture frames and every one has the same issue.  Might have been better if I purchased a different brand.
