Does anybody know Who I can talk to about the (HORRIBLE) Service, I get from HP'S case Managers?

I get nothing but BS out of these Case Managers, My order has been canceled twice in the past two weeks, And nobody will give me the courtesy of a phone call. to tell me whats going on. I Called on Dec 30 2011- for issues. And I am getting NO RETURN CALLS AS TO WHY MY ORDER KEEPS GETTING CANCELED. This is the WORST Customer Service I have ever gotten from any Company. I just want an answer as to why my order is getting canceled, And not even the Courtesy of a phone call to tell me why!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my case # is 7502249047 Thank You! HP!
