Wow, this is a fantastic forum. I can tell HP takes it seriously and devotes resources to it. It has been a week since I posted, and not a single reply. Glad I never bought more than one HP laptop.

HP has had some duds recently, and it seems the dreamscreen is one of them. Hopefully someone knows what's wrong, because the snapfish connection was the only reason I purchased 3 of these.

Same deal here. I've restarted it, moved it closer to the router. Tried other snapfish accounts, all failed. My wild guess is that snapfish's API changed and the dream screen has not been updated. Very disappointing, snapfish was the reason I bought this frame.

I depend on Snapfish app on DreamScreen to send photos for my mother. The function is broken and has not been updated. It can't access the Snapfish network please update your loyal customers with a timeline that this will be corrected.
