I had the same problem and posed previously about it.  I followed the advice of someone on hte list and set my Dreamscreen back to the factory defaults.  It worked with Snapfish again!  However, my sister has one and I did the same with hers, but it didn't work.  

I think I know the reason but I don't know how to fix it.  When I reset mine, it went back to version 1.2.5.0.  Hers only goes back to version 1.6.0.0.  So hers has a newer version of the OS baked in.  Does anyone out there know how to load an older version of the OS for this device?  Or how to dump the os to a flash drive and then load it into a different Dreamscreen?  Thanks.
