HD5000X Personal Media Drive Software Problem

HD5000X Personal Media Drive on Pavilion m9517c; Windows Vista-64bit platform; No Error message.

 

Corrupt or missing Software....No Error Messages, but HP SureStore will not execute at all.

I need to restore HP SureStore, and any drivers for this drive.

Drive is setup as backup drive for Norton 360 and I would like to rename the drive, and change its format to a standard drive.

How can I get the drivers restored, and HP SureStore restored, and rename the drive?
