HP 3180 Fax Printing automatic fax logs everyday, how do I stop this?

One of the users I support has an HP 3180 fax machine.  I have tried to enter all the numbers I can find on the machine with hp support and have not been able to even get warranty information or access chat support because apparently I do not have the correct numbers.  Have not called support yet as I do not really want to chase this issue while on the phone at the users location. 

 

Basically here is the problem:  Every day, at random times, the machine prints what it claims is a fax log.  I am assuming this is a daily fax log as it is usually empty if no faxes have been received.  It is a major annoyance for a very important user.  I have gone through the settings and manual and I can find nothing about automatic fax logs being printed or how to prevent such a thing if it were taking place.  I would really just like to stop all automatic reports, other than those associated with sending and receiving faxes,  that the machine prints because it just is not necessary.

 

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
