Just returned the one I got for xmas because the clock didn't work, (set it, but it never advanced), and it locked up my computer when plugging in the USB cable, (it unlocked when I disconnected the cable).
Swapped it last night for another new one..
This one's clock and USB work Great!
BUT... The picture is too dark, even with the brightness turned up all the way.
Back to the store tonight I guess.
I'll try ONE MORE, then I'm getting a refund.
Abviously the Quality Control Department needs a little help.

not sure if this is good news for some digital picture
frame owners it may be only a power supply in subitute
for house electricty and it may possibly be transferable thru usb
but i would assume the only way be transferable using
jump (memory) stick
it is posibly be detectable by the computer
but no usuable usb file transfer function
i hope better desing in the future
good luck
good points or advice..

It seems that I can transfer pics via USB just fine from my PC at home, running XP Home SP3 with McAfee anti-virus, but will not transfer using my PC at work, which is running XP SP3, with Kasperky anit-virus. The PC sees the USB connection, creates three removable drives, but no files are visible in them.
So it would seem that the frame is working OK, and that is something about my PC at work that is not letting the USB connection work properly. I can't turn off the anti-virus to test, so right now I'm stuck unless anyone's heard of issues running with XP Pro SP3?
