HP Device Manager Console does not start on XenApp server.

(Windows Server 2003 R2, Citrix XenApp 5)
I'm able to install the HP Device Manager Console on a XenApp server and there are no errors in the eventlog.
But the Console doesn't start.

Try reinstalling. I've had this issue on a non-XenApp server and a reinstall got the console to come up for me.
