HP J1474A KVM Switch - Password lost

Hi,

 

After changes in the IT-staff, we lost the passwords of two KVM switches (J1473A, J1474A).

 

The user manual points in this case to return the Switch to HP for a password reset. 

But the local HP Service don't even have this KVM switches in the product list, because they are no longer supported.

 

Does anybody knows a procedure to reset the switches to factory default?
