HP Quality Center 10 problem

Hi,

We are using HP Quality Center version 10 and we have a problem that I would like to solve.

When we close the hpqc windows/tab in Internet Explorer; IE crashs and we receive a Run time error 216 at xxxxxxxx

Everything work fine in the software except  when we close the hpqc windows; IE crashs and closes every other IE windows that were open.

This issue only occurs on our citrix servers (Win 2003 32bit / Presentation Server 4.5 / Internet Explorer 7)

The issue occurs for user and for admins.

On a WinXP or Win7 everything works fine

The issue only occurs when we are logged in the web site;

If we close the hpqc window before login, it works fine

Doing a logout before closing the window doesn't help.

I tried many things that I found online but with no luck;

In Internet Option /Advanced:

-I tried to uncheck "Enable page transitions", "Enable third-party browser extensions", "Enable visual styles on buttons and controls in webpages"

-I tried to to a IE reset

I also tried to add the hpqc website to the trusted site and set the zone security level to low

Any help would be greatly apreciated!
