Not sure if this is the most appropriate place to post this but did not find any alternative.
I purchased a printer cartridge and participated in the HP Spin & Win contest on 27th Aug 2010.
I was informed that i had won a F4488 AIO under the HP Spin and Win promotion.
I wrote to the administrators of the rewards program asking whether i could avail of an alternative prize since i already own an HP F4288 AIO printer. I have not received a response to this question one way or another.
Several emails sent by me to the email address provided for the HP Spin & Win program regarding the status of the printer i had won have been responded to by HP on only 2 occasions. On one occasion in an email dated Aug 31, 2010 I was assured that the product will be dispatched within 8-10 days and in the second email dated Sep 15, 2010 within the next 10-12 days.
It has been almost 2.5 months with no sign of the promised printer.
I've left voicemail messages on contact number of the same HP spin & win program but no one has bothered calling me back.
Is this the kind of treatment HP dishes out to it's customers ?

Same is the case with me.... I am also struggling to get my promised gifts. No one bothers to pay attention on customer greivances. I am not sure why these people start these promotional offers, if they can't handle them or can't keep their own words.
