HP coolsense is not working

Iam using HP DV6 6036tx laptop with windows home premium -64 bit

Iam not able to use hp cool sense ...when i tried to open the coolsense,it wont display anything...so i downloaded a new version from the hp site http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?cc=us&lc=en&dlc=en&softwareitem=ob-94127-1

 

But when I want to reinstall HP Cool sense, I get this error:
