HP suggested a cold boot from yesterday's emails

I'm going to review an answer to my email to HP about this issue, HP suggested a cold boot from yesterday's emails, started reading it and trying your instructions and was not having any luck either, today it is worse. Hopefully and prayfully I will get this resolved. Will let ya'll know.
