HP v255w flash drive 32GB drive does not show up on Mac Desktop

My second drive (I exchanged the first one thinking it was broken) same thing happens.  It does not show up on my Mac Pro 10.5.8 desktop.

By the way, this HP Support Forum is a {Content Removed: Language Filter Evasion} to sign up for.  I better not get a lot of HP junk mail!!!

I just bought an 8 GB v255w and have the same problem. My mac system is 10.7.3. All my other new/old drives work just fine. I checked online and there are so many posts reporting the same problem, yet unsolved. HP please do something.
