HP12C Platinum calculator app for the iphone 4S: how can the sound clicks be turned off?

I have just purchased the HP12c Platinum calculator app for my iphone 4S from itunes. It is a great app - just like using the calculator itself. However, there is one problem which I am experiencing and am unable to resove.

 

Does anyone know how to turn off the sound clicks? It is really distracting and irritating.

 

I would be grateful for your help please!

The only thing you can do is mute your phone or turn down the volume. Normally, to change the settings on an app that doesn't include it in its own menu, you go to "settings", and scroll down to the last half or so of that first page. The apps that have setting controls are listed there. HP12C, unfortunately, is not on that list. I turned my volume down. :-(
