How can i add one more disk into Raid 5 on a HP ML 350 server.

Hi

I have a Raid 5 of 3 disk (7.2 K rpm, 146 GB SCSI) and wanted to extend it to fourth disk on a ML 350 server. Can I use a 300 GB SAS disk and them use ACU to do it? Or i will need same 146 GB disk to add it as fourth disk in the raid?
