How to request RMA for blank HP discs and send HP disc media under warranty?

How to request RMA for blank HP discs and send HP disc media under warranty?

 

I have some blank HP DVD-Rs that are defective. For example, one DVD-R has a bubble in the writable, plastic underside. Some DVD-Rs have read and write errors. 

 

Here is the warranty information that I could find:

I tried to email hpsupport@transactel.net to request an RMA, but the mailer daemon responded that the email address does not exist.

 

On that warranty page, there is a mailing address:

HP Optical Media North America, 17777 Center Court Drive, Suite 800, Cerritos, CA 90703

 

How do I request an RMA?
