I got a problem and i don't know what to do

I won HP Z1 workstation on a competition on HP middle east facebook page on 29 May.. Till now , i haven't received my prize yet. I don't if i will receive my prize or not ???and everytime i ask them about it ,, they tell me to be patient ..

 

so what should i do now to deal with this problem ??? i need an e-mail or a contact to complain about this problem ??? please , help me with that
