I have one website that simple pass won't log into

I've got an HP Pavilion dv6-6c43cl notebook running Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-bit.

Problem with Simple Pass 2012...

I've got probably a dozen websites that I lot onto regularly with SimplePass. I've just added "myuhc.com" and it logged in okay the first time and since then when I scan my finger it just reloads the log-in screen without logging in.  I've tried deleting that login card and letting it ask me if I want to save the login when doing it manually. I click yes, but when I go back and try it again it still just reloads the page after I scan my finger. I've also tried going directly into simple pass 2012 and building the log in there and it does the same thing.

Any suggestions to what I may be missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, but I didn't find anything there that addresses my problem. My Simple Pass works just great on all the other sites. I've even set my wife up with a profile of her own and it's also working good. It's just the one website that reloads the login page after I scan my finger without logging me in.
