What a pain! I received "expired" software with an Elite Autofocus Webcam that I purchased brand new today. So I thought I could just download the correct version. No! They want me to pay $25 for shipping me a disc. I don't think so. I am trying to find some way of contacting the warranty department, but the site just takes me in a loop back to inputting the information about the device! Does anyone have an HP warranty email address where I can ask them to replace the defective software at no cost to me?
