Ink system failure on HP7280 all in one Printer fax scanner

I have an HP 7280 all in one printer scanner fax it is giving me at start up Ink System failure code 0xc18a0101
I have tried the resets from the HP site no go any help please? how can we fix this or do I have to send it out to
some one? I was working fine had low ink levels replaced the ones that were out and this. Help please ?

Thanks I tries that and still got the error code any ideas? what servicing mite it need?
can I do it my self? or do I have to send it some place? and where how much?

Just to be sure, did you do this procedure:
- Without turning off the product, disconnect the USB cable from the rear of the product. If your printer has a network or wireless connection, ignore this step.
- Remove the cartridges from the product.
- Wait until a message to insert the cartridges displays. If you do not see a message within a few minutes, skip to the next step.
- Disconnect the power cord from the back of the product.
- Wait 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord. If the product does not automatically turn on, press the Power button.
- Reinsert the cartridges, and then close any open doors on the product.
- If you receive a prompt to print a calibration page, do so.
- If you disconnected the USB cable, reconnect it to the rear of the product.
- Try printing again.

Thanks I tried it still the same error ink system failure any thing else to try ?

No other steps to try that I know of. Service options may be available @ 800-HPINVENT.
