ML350 G5 issue with creating a 2nd Array

The following thing is going on:
We have 2 servers, both ML350's G5. Both with 1 HDD array of 3 equal HDD's. This is the main system partition.
Now we wanted to add another HDD array in both servers (of 2 equal HDD's).
It doesn't matter if we do this trough BIOS or HP Array Management. The output is the same if we reboot: NO OPERATING SYSTEM FOUND.
We can't seem to switch the 2 different arrays. Is there anyone who is familiar with this problem ?
