MSM 760 HTML Based Authentication Error

Hİ,

I'm a system admistrator of a hospital and we use MSM760 Access Controller in our hospital. Config setups has deleted aproximetaly 15 days ago. I configured 2 of existing 3 SSID (by the name of Damla_Personel, Dreager) but i couldn't configure the another one which is HTML Based Authenticate (Damla_Misafir).

All my users can enter the portal page, they can log-in from the portal page but they can not connect the internet. Probably my mistake is about setting up DHCP in MSM760 or it's about the routings.

My request from you is to send me a document which explains HTML Based Auth step by step. Or I'll be glad if you have a comment for the reason of this problem.
