MediaSmart Server ex490 Server Recovery Disk

Is there anywhere I can download an iso file to create a server recovery disk.

 

I purchased a mediasmart server from HP 6 weeks ago and after 2 weeks realised that it should have had an additional disk to the Software Installation disk that came with it for Server Recovery. HP support for the mediasmart is now in the USA and they have said they cannot at the moment send out a disk to the UK, or in fact have any means of dealing with returns and repairs in UK and Europe which was worrying as it appears to make any guarantee useless until they do.

I am feeling a bit vulnerable without the disk ask there have been the odd few times when looking at some threads, it is the only way to solve some problems. So can anyone help.
