Mediavault 5020 recovery problem...

Hi,

 

I have a problem with my MV5020.  I'm trying to use the recovery program, and am getting stuck.

 

I am using the original 500GB drive with the drive (and have tried with another drive), and the following happens :

 

a) Reboot MV5020 to recovery mode (hold reset and power when starting up) - LED flashes purple

b) Start HP Recovery software, which detects the MV5020 via DHCP

c) Select firmware (as downloaded from HP) - firmware sends to MV5020

d) Recovery program CLAIMS to complete

 

Except the MV5020 never reboots, and if I manually reboot it, it returns to recovery mode.  If I pull the drive out, it's got the partitions, but doesn't start.

 

Any clues?
