Hello !

I have new HP V1910 48 port switches, I have 1 MB internet line, i have shared to 35 users .. i want to control the bandwidth, per port , or fix bandwidth  per port , is it possible with this model switch , How can i config the fixed Bandwidth .. through web console ...
