PCs don't see my HP 16gb usb drive

I have a 16 gb usb drive that my pcs no longer see.  i bought this in january 2012.  Now what?

Does the device show up in the Device Manager with an error?

No it doesn't.  I have 2 pcs that have windows 7 and it doesn't show up in device manager or windows explorer. i have an old pc with a 15 gb hard drive and an older version of windows.  It won't show up here either.  My old pc indicated that a brand new portable drive wasn't working, so my jump drive is dead.

 

HP People - how do I get a replacement - this should be under warranty.

You'll need to contact HP Technical Support (US - 18004746836) and see about warranty options.  They'll probably just ship you another if it's still warrantied.
