Pathetic Service & Product By HP ( CA 1099503)

CURRENT: Ref - CA 1099503. 23Jun2011, this pending complaint is yet to be resolved, on Friday ur B'Bay service center ppl called & informed me that on Saturday an engineer will call and visit my place to resolve the issue. No one turned up, today morning 9:28AM i spoke to them and they said we have not received the parts as of yet so nothing can be done, they said they may try to send an engineer to check the comps. I purchased a branded PC so that i dont have to run after an engineer to service my PC otherwise i wuld have bot from a roadside vendor, i sense that there is no difference between HP and XYZ Computers LTD. Again on 28June2011 i spoke to the Hp Service center ppl they said that the parts are not available at the Chennai and they will replace the part as and when they get it, there is no timeline when will they resolve the issue, Highly unprofessionali a street side computer vendor is more reliable that HP.
PAST: I bot this said PC 04JAN2007 from HP Pavilion Showroom, Chembur, Bombay-71. in Last 2 1/2 yrs following parts has been replaced. RAM 4 Times, MotherBoard, 3 Times, KeyBoard 3 Times, Mouse, 4 Times, DVD 1 Time. I guess i have got the worst piece that HP produced or is this the STD norm of all ur products.
PAST-PAST: I bot HP PC bcz i had a fantastic experience of a Compaq Presario that i bot in 2002, my latest experience with the HP make me to conclude that i'll never again by an HP product.
