Photosmart Essential 3.5...No Internet Connection

After a successful year of using 3.5 to publish albums and order prints via Snapfish, I now get the message No Internet Connection. I have unistalled-reinstalled 3.5 several times. I was on line chatting with HP and still got the same msg.  HP was not able to resolve the problem. I chatted on line with Snapfish and the end result of that chat, Snapfish told me to upload from their site vs. 3.5.  FYI...When I click on the publish album button in 3.5, I do get the msg publishing to Snapfish, etc., however, the No Internet Connection pops up shortly thereafter.  Does anyone have any suggestions as to why I receive the msg and/or how I can resolve it?

The 3.5 was a big disappointment. I adjusted to the limited capabilities until I solved the problem by getting a Cannon camera and using their application. Sorry to hear that you are still having the problem years later... Good luck to you...

Thx - I had been using my Olympus photo mgmt. software with success but thought I would try the HP.  HP definitely failed on this - going back to my Olympus.  Appreciate the follow up and thx again.

I have the same problem and it is now 2012 and I see no one really got any solutions.

Everything works fine apart from conection to the online services...

I wish they would sort it out.

Since my original post of the "No Internet Connection using the Photosmart Essential 3.4"  I can say I no longer have the problem because I,(like another before me posted) purchased the Cannon SX120IS and life is good. The problem never corrected and after spending way too much time trying to find a solution, I decided to move on.. And that indeed was a great move!
