Problem with HP RDP Multimedia and USB Enhancement Software (Server Side)

Hello.

I get an error after installing HP RDP Multimedia and USB Enhancement Software (Server Side).

Failed to initialize USB library (error=a2 arg=e008b)

 

And USB Redirector Server didn't started...

Help me resolve this problem please. I really need to use USB redirection from T5740 thin client. We bought it for this function only.

 

OS on the server: MS Windows Server 2003 x64

Thin clients: t5740

Did you enable USB redirection on the Thin Client? It's in the top of the screen in the pull down menu.
