Problem with port 20 on ProCurve 2910al-48G-POE

I have recently deployed 5 x ProCurve 2910al-48G-POE switches connected to 2 x ProCurve 5412zl.  I have a problem in that port 20 does not appear to work on all 5 swicthes.  Is this a config issue?

Hi, I am experiencing this exact issue on TWO 2410AL-48G procurve switches. Have you managed to resolve this?

Here is some basic information on these switches.

Have deployed software version W.14.29, these are stacked using J9149A  CX4 modules.

 

any help will be appreciated.

I've had the exact same problem on two brand-new switches when updated to both the 14.27 and 14.29 firmware. Backing out to the original 14.03 firmware fixes that problem, but of course lacks all of the fixes of the new firmware.

we had the same problem

we upgraded to the latest version 14.38 and seems resolved.

 

most likely was not available when you had the problem
