Problems streaming to Dreamscreen from Mini 210 running Windows 7 Starter

For the last few days I have been attempting to stream from my new HP Mini 210 HD netbook running Windows 7 Starter and Windows Media Player to my Dreamscreen 100. While I'm able to connect my Dreamscreen to my netbook I receive "no images found" and "no music found" error messages in the Photos and Music applets on the Dreamsceen. I have been able to successfully stream from the netbook to my PS3, and from my home PC to my Dreamscreen. Thoughts and suggestions?

I am not familiar with Win7 Starter, but try these ideas. You might want to double check your Windows7 Advanced Sharing Settings in Network and Sharing Center. Be sure Network discovery, file & printer sharing, and public folder sharing are all on.

Re: Problems streaming to Dreamscreen from Mini 210 running Windows 7 Starter

Thanks for the suggestions. I've double-checked and network discovery, file and printer sharing, and public folder sharing are all on. What puzzles me is that streaming from Windows Media Player on my netbook to my PS3 works just fine, as does streaming from my netbook to Windows Media Player on my desktop. Its only streaming from my netbook to my DreamScreen that doesnt work.

Any additional thoughts/suggestions?
