QTP support for Telerik Rad Controls

I am working on a .net application which uses Telerik controls using QTP 10, but I am facing difficulty as QTP is not recognizing Telerik controls properly. Is there any plug Ins to use inorder to capture the teleric controls in QTP like the below ones

Telerik r.a.d. tab controls

Telerik Grids.

DNN SOLPART Menus
Telerik r.a.d panel bar 
Telerik r.a.d Combobox.

I would appreciate if someone can help in this regards.

Hi, We are working on a .Net application with Telerik Silverlight controls. We have qtp 11.0 installed on our machine. But we are not able to recognize those controls using qtp record option. The Object repository just displays Silver light controls. It is not identifying any of the properties. Is there any way to recognize Telerik Rad controls with QTP?
