Hi.
Does anyone know how to resync the fx287aa wireless mouse to its nano receiver? It's been a year or something and the mouse suddenly stopped working (sometime after a change to a fresh set of batteries) but windows still detects the receiver is working. Thus either I need to resync the mouse to the receiver or the mouse itself is dead...
Obviously I've tried hitting the connect button but that didn't really do anything other than change the color of the indicator light... So I don't really know what I'm doing with it
I cannot find instructions anywhere and the documentation online is rather useless.
Any advice to resolve this problem is much appreciated.
Thanks

try holding the connect button until the light flashes . have to do that with the MS wireless mouse from time to time . usually after a battery change , never had a problem with the HP mouse .
