I downloaded the newest full software for the ScanJet 5590 for installing on a brand new laptop running Windows 7 Pro 32-bit. I don't get any error messages, and at the end it says that it installed and I click Finish (I have to click Finish twice actually), but nothing actually installed. I can manually use "Add a device" and install the scanner driver, but I need to have the software installed so I have to option to scan to .pdf.
