Simple save 2000H want it to back up all users when I back up. Only does current one when I sign in (38 Views)

Have Simple Save 2000h 2T external Hard drive.  When I backed up my laptop, it only backed up my user account.  I have another user account on this laptop.  What can I do to get it to back up both (everything on my laptop) when back up is performed.  I don't want to back up one account, then log off and open the other account then have to back it up to.  I tried looking in the manual, but no reference to this situation.  Any suggestions..
