Sorry to hear of your problems...

 

 

Put 'HP bad customer support' into google and see what happens....

 

Bit of an eye opener for some but didn't surprise me in the least after the hassles I had...

 

Any hey... It's one year on from my problem and still nothing has been done about it!

 

Awesome HP service... Just awesome !   NOT
