Telnet error on iMC PLAT 5.1 SP1 (JF377A)

Hi !

I'm using HP Intelligent Management Center v.5.1

Trying på manage my Procurve Switches by Telnet from the iMC Web page. Get an error on logging in....!

Trying to backup the switches configuration from the iMC web page, getting Timed out.

Have installed SP1, same result trying to to the same operation.

Can tell you that Telent from a command promt on the same server is OK. Can also manage switches by typing theire ip in the browser. Telnet from the old application Procureve Manager is also OK. But i can't do it from iMC.

Can also mention that when I go to Resource-Device view-Select a device an choose More and Telnet settings. Add the right login and save..............the message is Succsessfully, and when I test settings: Telnet......I get Sucessfully. But next time I do the same: Resource-Device view-Select a device an choose More and Telnet settings the password field is blank.

Has this got something to do with my problem?

I have also tryed this: Finding a device in iMC, on the right side, clicked on Telnet.............then it tries to open av webpage instead of a Command og Telnet window.

Clicking on Telnet/SSH Proxy gives me a command windows with Telnet though...........!

I'm out of luck here. Can someone guide me?

Please use plain text.
