Hello,
I have had my touchpad for half a year and all the sudden i can't do anything on it. All it does is sit on a black screen with what looks like a giant battery with a question mark in the middle. I have tried rebooting it (holding down the power button and the home button) and it will turn off, but tries to start right back again, but only pulls up the same black screen with the big battery icon with a question mark on it. After reboot it several times and now it doesn't turn on. The light in the home button flashes though. To clarify, it seems as though there are two lights on the home button and the two lights are alternating.
Could you please help me fix it? Thank you very much.

If this is the answer section, Your battery is either run down or is no good.

The webos forum is one of the best places to get information about your touchpad. Here is a link to the user manual.
Are you using a Touchstone charger or the original power adapter?
If you are using the OEM charger perhaps trying a new cable would help. I am happy that I have a touchstone charger. It takes the cable out of the equation as it uses induction to couple the charging current to the touchpad.
If you are unable to trigger a restart then the battery will need to be replaced.

Mine did that once. I plugged it in and left it for awhile, about an hour I believe, and it finally started up. If the battery falls below a certain level it will do this.
