I bought a 16GB flash USB key v165w for 15$ and it stopped working after 3 months. I decided to call HP support... spent 2h on the phone with people focusing the serial number which this product does not have it visible. I got an email to get some support: firstname.lastname@example.org and I still did not get a reply.
Ok, I would like to know how to define if a usb key is dead? I plugged it in a bunch of computer and none of them detect it.
Did anybody found how to get support from HP for that kind of products??
