WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE

I called up one of the units by the name:

 

Targus Technologies Pvt. Ltd.382,

White House,Sant Nagar,

East of Kailash, 

NewDelhi 110065

Contact Nos. 91 0124 4742300

 

The customer care (don't recall the name) he spoke rudely as though i had made a mistake calling him up. I felt terrible talking to that person for so long but again I had no other option. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I don't know what kind of people HP is hiring these days but i am very upset. (To top it all I actually purchased my laptop from HP because I heard that their services are impeccable , now i feel disappointed with the decision I had made.)

 

I am sure all the units are not the same but please do look into this unit or else you (HP) will lose your precious customers.. Just like you lost me today.
