WOW! I am being told that HP has no Mailing Address!

Hello,

I have had major problems with a faulty HP monitor I purchased and after many attempts to fix it I have asked for a refund.  After being put on HOLD for a half hour twice I requested a mailing address so that I can write a formal letter of complaint.  the HP Phone Rep tells me flat out that he cannot provide me with a mailing address to HP!  Isn't that something, a firm has no mailing address?

I will be contacting the United States BBB office as well as consumer organizations about this issue.  If the ONLY option is being put on extensive Hold times when I have an issue with their product, then the firm needs to be reported to the BBB promptly.  HP must  have the WORST Customer Service I have ever experienced.  This is my 2nd HP purchase and will be my last.

I have same experience , Bought new laptop and on a first day the AC adaptor was getting too hot you cant even hold in your hand. Phoned them from work as their number is paid one , operated said you have to be with the product other wise they can't help. 

Yeah you right, nothing wrong with leptop (at that time before I knew) so why do I need laptop with me?? any way had to go round and round and still didn't sorted so end up buying another one. Tried hard to find contact but I couldn't, their own website doesn't recognise my laptop, stupid system.

Got another problem with laptop and I wish I could just chuck in a bin and get rid of all problem, but I cant'. I spent my hard earned money for it not just to bin it.

Never ever buy anything from HP, No after sale support at all. I am in UK by the way, good to know that USA is same.
