Dear Gentleman, or Madams: I have been trying to get HP to reply to a very simple question. I have a scanjet 4300c that is as brand new. I have used this scanner for 4 years on Windows XP Pro. I now have a brand new shinny Dell Inspiron 17" full of everything nice, and I can't scan a picture because this company doesn't support this scanner for Vista or 7. They don't even to bother to answer questions, and now it seems they can't find an answer to my wanting tech for a 4300c? Their site says NOT FOUND, what a clue guys, I can't find it either. I am going to throw it and the 2 HP printers I have outside in my front yard tonight. I hope they will be gone befor I wake up, but with my luck a cop will give me a ticket for littering my yard instead. HP was a good company once, maybe, not anymore, they need Obama Care for their products! Woops did I say that.
