change of region

I have been trying to change my region from US to Malaysia and can't....I have sent an email to ask for suggestion on how to do it and I'm sent back to the US website.  Can anyone read my email????  I don't live in the US but in Malaysia...I have been receiving US email with US products but I LIVE IN MALAYSIA....soI just bought a new product and wanted to registered it and where did I have to register it................you guessed it..............in the US but I bought it in Malaysia and live in Malaysia....can anyone from HP read this and help me to change my region................PLEASE!!!
