Hp Tech support is one of the worst I have ever experienced. Hours on the phone no resolution. I waited in the que for an hour tonight and hung up. Hp products and service has gone so down hill, I won't EVER purchase from them again.

I apologize for your wait times and not getting your problem solved. The que times have been really epic lately since we're approaching the holiday season and it only gets worse for us around this time.

What do you mean by "approaching the holiday season" what holiday. I have since figured out the issue with the help from other sources. I appreciate the offer and reply but if your talking about the christmas season, thats months away and really makes me hope i have no need for and service from HP. Hp used to very good. Hp should take some leasons from Apple. The times i get have used tech support in the past few years they are robotic and the last guy was rude.

Of course Hp could always hire more staff to show they care a little bit about their customers. Its no wonder Hp is planning to sell off their computer division. I'll be warning my friend etc about buying from hp.

A lot of people buy Christmas gifts throughout the year and a lot of people take advantage of deals when they come up. At the moment till Spring of next year the call volume is going to be Higher than normal.
