I purchased a SanDisk Flash Drive to load my pictures and then disp;ay on the digital frame.  When I plug my flash drive into the USB port on the digital frame it does not appear on the menu page where you can select the memory device.  How do I get the digital frame to recognize the flash drive?

I'm having the same problem with a df802c1-16.  With the frame powered on, I removed and re-inserted the 8GB SDHC card.  And then it recognized it.
