drivers for win server 2008 on pro3400

Greetings...

I bought the HP Pro 3400 Series MT Desktop x64, DOS. I want to install windows server 2008 on it but lacks the drivers which support that. Are there drivers that support that  and  is it possible for hp to make drivers that would support it.

Hi:

HP won't issue drivers to support the Pro 3400 for Windows Server 2008.

I imagine their take on it is, if you need a server, buy a server. Don' t try and convert a standard desktop PC into one.

So, I would try the Windows Vista drivers, which most of them should work on Windows Server 2008.

For those that don't, you visit all the various hardware component manufacturer's websites and install any drivers they may have for Windows Server 2008.

After a little effort, you can probably get Windows Server 2008 to work on your PC.

If you have any drivers you can't find, I will be more than happy to try and assist you.

Windows 7 is Windows Server 2008 based. Try the Windows 7 drivers.
