hp scanjet 4070 photosmart scanner--color issues

I have a HP Scanjet 4070 Photosmart scanner and have used it fine for 3 years.  After a cross-country move, the scanner is giving me problems with the colors.   The entire screen displayed after the scan has a strong blue hue.  For example, black & white documents look blue & white--if I set it to grayscale, then it's almost unnoticeable (the white part is more gray).  I have tried adjusting saturation, hue, intensity, etc. but the blue does not go away.  Any suggestions?  Also, I use Mac OS X v.10.6.8.  Thanks in advance!

Hi! The product you have seems to be a commercial scanner. For the best chance at finding a solution I would suggest posting in the forum for HP Business Support.
