is there anyway to capture photos from a video

Concerning the HP Photo Creations, is there anyway to capture photos from a video to add to a photo book in this program

Are you on Windows or Mac? In either case, the easiest method would be to take a screenshot of the frame you want, save it as a JPEG, and import it into the program like a normal photo. Note that the video still image will likely be low-resolution in comparison to normal photos, so you may not be able to make it very large on the page without making it look blurry.

If you have movie-editing software, it may have an option to export a frame of your home movie as a JPEG as well.
