just bought x7000 wireless mouse and when i configure it says softap not available and wont work (215 Views)

just bought x7000 wireless mouse and when i configure it says softap not available and wont work

Wont connect to computer. Windows 7, wireless on. Still nothing??

i have the same problem and ive looked several hours on the internet to solve this problem but nothing worked....

Did you try making sure that your wireless network adapter drivers are up to date (you may have to look on your PC manufacturer's site to see if there are newer Wi-Fi drivers for your system)?  The current wireless adapter drivers may be sufficient for working with the network stack, but may require an update in order to have SoftAP start successfully (and SoftAP is required for the Wi-Fi mouse to work).
